The man on the TV said that I don’t have to wait
I should send him money before it’s too late
The lord would give me interest on the money that I gave
And if I watch his programs and buy all his books
Its ok to fool around the lord would never look

There’s this funny guy on TV he comes on every night
He’s got the answers to my problems because he smokes a pipe
And if I buy the gold watch with his picture on the face
He ‘d call the lord long distance to reserve my place
He’s got a house that’s worth a million a phone in every car
So when he hears God ringing he won’t be very far

He would sell your mother and your sister too

There’s a man who says come forward if you want to be saved

He spoke to God this morning and he said it was ok
And if I want to get to heaven I’d have to give a little more
And he’d be there to greet me to unlock the door
